Maternity sessions...my current fave

I am lucky girl. That is all there is to it. I will admit that in recent months I have tossed around the idea of just continuing my photography as a hobby. It does make for busy trips and lots of running around when I visit Arkansas, but this week just verified that I was crazy thinking that. I love what I get to do. This week I have been able to see old friends, capture new memories, and see the smiles of my favorite people. I am so thankful that I am able to travel and see my friends and family as often as I do. I am thankful for a job [and a boss] that allows me to do so. This week I got to snuggle my sweet Georgie, spend time with my sis, see friends that I haven't seen in way too long, meet new smiling faces, and [hopefully] make people happy.

I enjoyed each and ever session, but the two maternity sessions were a little extra special since both of these girlies are friends of mine...way back from elementary! Their expected due dates are only 4 days apart, and I was lucky enough to get in a session with each of them. [I also realized that I really like maternity sessions].

Both these beautiful girls are special to me, and I am so excited for them and their little ones. I can't wait to meet them!

More Summer Sessions!

How adorable is this family!?! These girls are just precious. I can't get enough of them! I could post lots more, but for now I will just share these few. 

Just loved this session. It was so fun, and I am so grateful for this family being such a great sport. I am looking forward to Lindsey's maternity shoot in the morning!

Summer sessions

This weeks sessions started today only an hour after I had arrived back in CC. I loved them! I have seen these boys grow up, and they are so cute handsome! 

I think the photos speak for them selves. They are just an adorable family!

Year two...check!

Today is our 2nd wedding anniversary...wow. I can't believe how fast it has gone by! Today we both had to work [totally different hours so that we missed each other in passing], but did get to spend this past weekend in St. Louis to celebrate. It was a nice little get away, and I am so glad we got to go. We went with very few plans, and just did as we pleased. It was pretty great.

This is one of my favorite photos from the trip. It was after I got over the intense freak out I experienced from riding a Ferris wheel that was on top of a platform that was on top of a 10 story building. Yeah. It was scary, but I survived to snap a quick pic as we went over the top. Nicholas had a blast at the City Museum, and that alone made the whole trip worth it.
